Registrations Now Open 2025 Balletbarre Elite Program

Students will be required to attend
- All Students can only do Ballet Technique classes at MDS (electives maybe studied at MDS if there is no conflict with ballet schedule)
- All Secondary students will be working with SYB and will additionally form part of the Company and Primary students will work closely with the SYB and will be provided performance opportunites and cameos.
- Secondary students need to additionally attend (Primary stuedents it is recomemeded)
  - SYB weekly company class
  - All SYB company rehersals
  - All SYB performances
- 2025 season show dates - TBA
- Rehearsals/Company class For SYB will be on Saturdays 3-5.30pm at 1/12 Old Great Northern Hwy Midland.
Other Notes
- Please note occasional Sunday afternoons maybe needed on occasion.
- Other physical activites will need to be vetted/cleared to ensure they work with the body and do not have potential to cause injury and or change muscle development
- Ballet is proioritised over other activites this is a professional development program
Weekly tuition commences Jan 1st Direct Debit needs to be entered into

Junior Elite Program Tuition - direct debit $85/week 2024-2025 for a year

I Name and Surname (must be parent/guardian/dancer over 18yrs) * I recognize and understand the risks of physical injury inherent to ballet, fitness, performing arts, acrobatics and dance training and I fully assume these risks. I hereby release Balletbarre, Swan Youth Ballet Company Inc, its affiliates, Midland dance studios, event sponsors, employees and dance teachers from all liability for injuries sustained or illnesses contracted while attending or participating in any dance classes, rehearsals, workshops, or performances. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold
harmless Balletbarre, Swan Youth Ballet Inc, its affiliate Midland dance studios, event sponsors, employees and dance teachers for liabilities, costs and judgments arising from acts of omissions committed by myself or my child which result in injury or damage to any person or property. I will pay any medical costs that may be attendant as a result of injury to me or my child.

I have fully informed myself of the content of this waiver, all terms & conditions policy’s, procedures, fees and charges contained within.
