So what comes next?
Once I receive your form, I will respond to you via Email or text within 3 days.
You will receive a time and price estimate for your tattoo. A non refundable deposit will be required to schedule your appointment, and the amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total of your tattoo on the day of the session.
Once a date is set, you have 48 hours prior to the appointment to reschedule, as well as 1 chance to reschedule. Anything outside of these boundaries results in a forefit deposit. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Custom tattoo designs will be shared on the day of the session, and alterations or changes to the design are always welcome.
Any drastic changes to your design may result in rescheduling.
In the state of Florida, If you are a minor of the age of 16 or 17, please come prepared with a completed and notarized form of consent. You will need a parent or guardian to complete the form, as well as be present for the entirety of the service. You can pick up a printed copy of the form at the studio or print it from the Heart in Hand website.
