Event Date and Time: December 14, 2024 from 11 AM - 3 PM

Vendor Fee: $20

Event Address: Green Meadows Park (In the field across from 347 and 357 Old West Trail, Buda, TX. Near pavillion #2)

Set Up Time: 10 AM (If you need more than 1 hour, let me know)

Pack Up Time: 3 PM (If you pack up and leave early, you will not be invited back to the market since this makes it seem as if the market ending, which is not fair to everybody else. If you have an emergency and need to leave early, that is a different story)

Filling out an application does not guarantee you a spot at the market. Each application will be reviewed and accepted on a case by case basis. Booth spaces are 10x10 unless you specify needing a bigger space in the application. You must provide your own supplies like a canopy, tables, and canopy weights are required. If you do not use canopy weights, I will have to ask you to take down your canopy since this is a safety hazard.

Once approved, you will receive an email. Then you will need to send the $20 vendor fee via Paypal, Venmo, or Cash App which will secure your spot. If the payment is not sent 48 hours after being approved, please reach out to me directly before sending your payment to make sure you are still approved.

If you cancel more than 60 days before the event date, I will give you a refund. If you cancel after that, no refund will be given. You will get a credit towards a future market instead. If there is extreme weather on the date of the event, the market will be moved to the following day, December 15, 2024 from 11 AM - 3 PM.
