2025 Virtual Conference Poster Proposal Form

**DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, AUGUST 1, 2025**
Posters for the 2025 HAPS Virtual Conference be hosted by an app called Virtual Poster Session. If your proposal is accepted, you will receive an invitation to upload you poster to the Virtual Poster Session website. You will need to provide your own video conference link (preferably Zoom).

Synchronous conversations with conference attendees will take place on Tuesday 10/14/25 from 4-5:30pm ET.

Proposals will be evaluated as they are received. You will be notified of acceptance by 8/15/2025 (at the latest).
