    As a Call Center Representative at CataLeads Systems, you’ll be on the frontlines of our fulfillment team, responsible for cold calling U.S.-based homeowners to book high-quality seller appointments for our real estate agent clients.

    The Call Center Representative handles the 3rd Step of the Fulfillment Process mentioned in the video.

     WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Call U.S. homeowners daily using our dialer + CRM systems
    • Follow proven scripts to handle objections, qualify leads, and book appointments
    • Hit weekly conversion goals (30%+ target from lead to booked call)
    • Provide daily reports and log detailed notes in GoHighLevel CRM
    • Collaborate with our client success and fulfillment teams
    • Receive coaching and feedback to sharpen your skills every week
    • Help us uncover gaps in the lead generation process — and make it better

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum of 1+ Year of experience in a cold calling/Service role
    • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • Prior experience in Real Estate Cold Calling is preferred and advantageous

    Nice to Have Platforms, Software and Skills Experience:

    • Dialer Softwares (Five9, CallTools, RingCentral, etc)
    • Slack
    • Go High Level (or other similar CRMs)
    • Real Estate Industry Knowledge (real cherry on top)

    HOURS: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Cairo Time / (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST)

    COMPENSATION: $3.00 / Hour plus performance-based compensation. 

    [Eligible for extra performance bonuses based on performance. Additionally, salary is subject to rapid increase based on performance and tenure]
