Note that as dean, I am a "Responsible Employee", and am thus mandated to report any information that I'm given on sexual violence, sexual harassment, abusive conduct, or other behavior prohibited by university or campus policy (even if this information is submitted anonymously).

Note also that there are limits on the actions or follow-up that I can take in response to an anonymous submission. In particular, I have no way of directly replying to any questions or comments sent to me anonymously, since I won't know whom to reply to.
