Payment & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of each order, full payment is required before work can begin, and all sales are final. Customers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly check their order for spelling and accuracy before completing the purchase. After we receive your payment, we will create your custom, cutout designs and email them to you for approval. This will be your final opportunity to identify any errors. If you have any questions or concerns, please email thisandthatmums@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Pick Up
Order pickup will take place from 6 to 8pm on the Tuesday before the scheduled homecoming date. You will receive the pickup address after your payment is confirmed. Alternate pickup days may be available upon request. Please double-check your order thoroughly before leaving the pickup location. By leaving the pickup location with your order, you acknowledge that the order is correct.
