Starting with Why
The most critical step in mapping your brand is to start with your purpose/why. This is the foundation of absolutely everything. If you don’t know your deeper calling/reason you are here, its ok. It takes time. You can continue to refine it as time goes on. One tool you can use is to ask yourself a series of deeper “Why?” questions (think what a kid would do). (i.e. Why do I love sport? I love the competition! ! Why do I love that? Because competition forces you to be the best version of yourself. Why is that important? Because when you reach your full potential in sport, you reach your full potential in life.)
