  • 2026-2027 Field Trip Inquiry Form

    for Schools, Homeschoolers, Scout Troops, School Clubs

  • Want to learn about Florida's coastal ecosystem, its wildlife, and habitats? Then join Sensing Nature for an experiential field trip that connects you with some of natural Florida, creating lasting memories!

  •  Reserving a Field Trip is Easy!

    1) This brief Inquiry Form will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, then hit the submit button.

    2) Based on your information, we will email you about your selected field trip location, including our activity options, group size maximums, price per person, etc. 

    3) Once you determine your field trip details, submit your Registration Form with your Deposit using the link provided in this future email. Both are required to reserve your field trip date. 

    4) Then Sensing Nature will confirm via email that your date is available, if you haven't already placed it on hold with this form. If your date is already taken, we will contact you to find a different date. 

    5) Independently, you handle all of your transportation arrangements and completed liability forms.

  • What's Next? 

    You will receive an email from Jeanne Murphy responding to your field trip inquiry at her earliest opportunity. She will send you the Registration Form link by email, plus a response about the information provided in your field trip inquiry. If you have a question or a field trip change before then, you are welcome to email or call.

    We are excited to help you start your field trip process for your school, youth club, or summer camp.

    This brief inquiry form will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and it is not binding. You do not have to submit any dates at this time, however, the sooner you provide your dates and times, the more likely we will have your preferred date available.
