Level of Skater who can participate:

• This program is geared to skaters from the age of 2 to 4 years old. But we will accept both younger and older skaters in this group.
• Parents are required to be on the ice to assist their child.
  No skating aids will be available or can be brought onto the ice.
• Parents do need to have basic knowledge of skating (so that you can assist your child).
• Parents and skaters will be required to wear a CSA approved Hockey Helmet.
• Parents are also required to wear skates on the ice.

 

Skating Sessions:  October to December 2024

• Wednesdays:  October 9th to December 18th, 2024
• Thursdays: October 10th to December 19th, 2024
• Saturdays: October 12th to December 21st, 2024

Skating Sessions: January to March 2025

• Wednesdays: January 8th to March 5th, 2025
• Thursdays: January 2nd to February 27th, 2025
• Saturdays: January to March 1st, 2025
  No skating Saturday January 4, 11, 18, 2025  * There are no make up days for these missed Saturdays.

Gala Practice Sessions and Show:

• From March 8th to April 5th, is Gala practice. Skaters will continue to develop their skating skills. The show is on April 5th, 2025.  More information to come.

If you choose to divide your payment into 4 equal payments you will receive a credit card authorization form to complete.  This will be sent to you just prior to the start of the winter program.

We ask that you return it to us the 1st day of skating.  We do not have the availability to access your credit card information via PayPal.

Additional Comments:

• Receipts for the skating will be sent out to you.
• Please make note of what you have registered for.
• The winter program is being offered at:  SportsPark Arena (1001 Franklin Blvd) & Karl Homuth Arena (1408 Hamilton Street).
• Class dates:  October 9th to April 5, 2025.
• All skaters are required to have a home club.
• Registration will remain open until program is full.
• All skaters are required to be registered with Skate Canada before they start the Winter Program.
• Once the form has been submitted there are no refunds.
• Information about the 2025 Gala will be available at a later date.
• To continue to assist families through these challenging times, the Preston FSC Club has decided to suspend the Skate Ontario Promotional Fundraiser for the 2024/25 season.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I, the undersigned accept full financial responsibility for this application form. I understand that there will be no refunds of deposits or due balances after the deadline dates. I agree that PFSC, Huston, Wheeler & Wheeler Skating Schools (KLFSS Inc) will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss, however caused and agree to release indemnity and save harmless the PFSC, Huston, Wheeler & Wheeler Skating Schools (KLFSS Inc) from all damage or claims as a result of such accidents or loss. I agree my child / ward will abide by the rules and regulations of the PFSC, Champions Training Centre of Cambridge {KLFSS Inc} as set by the directors. Any disregard for these rules will result in the removal of the Skater from our skating program without refund of any fees paid.

Confirmation
BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
