Deposits are non-refundable and will not be returned if you change your mind.

Deposits can be transferred to a subsequent litter where availability exists, however deposits will become null and void after a time period of one year and will remain non-refundable.

Should something happen to the reserved puppy, another puppy from the current litter (if available) or from a future litter will be offered and the deposit will transfer to that puppy.

I understand that if the puppy I reserved is not available in the litter I desire, that I may move to a another litter in the next available spot

I understand that if I am shipping/transporting my puppy home that I am responsible for all shipping/transport costs and those costs along with the full balance due must be paid in full no less tan two (2) weeks prior to the ship/transport date.

I understand that if I am picking my puppy up at the farm or if the breeder is delivering my puppy to me that the balance is due in CASH at pickup or delivery.
