The Pinay Power 2025 mission is to identify Filipina women leaders in every sector of the economy through the Global FWN100 Award™.

It is the responsibility of the Global FWN100™Selection Committee Member to ensure that she conducts the due diligence required for each nominee:

The nominee was interviewed effectively;
Verified by phone or email, the nominee's job title at the indicated organization nominee claims to work for or own;
Checked LinkedIn for the most current posts or activities. If not on LinkedIn, inquire why not. This is a RED FLAG on selection.
References have been contacted and interviewed;
Social media records have been reviewed and assessed to reflect on nominee's qualifications;
Advanced google search has been done to ensure the nominee has no indictments, felonies, fraudulent complaints, and other derogatory backgrounds:
- To utilize Google's Advanced Search: Go to https://www.google.com/advanced_search. Customize your search to look for the nominee's name/s, company name, and specific words (e.g., indictment, lawsuit, complaint, fraud, felony, misdemeanor, country, etc.) and file types like pdfs or spreadsheets.

"The first 200 results on an internet search of the nominee is very IMPORTANT," - Judge Lorna Schofield, United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Global FWN100™2015 when she was vetted for her federal appointment by the U.S. Senate.

YOU HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT TASK IN ENSURING THE INTEGRITY OF THE GLOBAL FWN100™ AWARD SELECTION:

Ensure that under-represented economic sectors are included. Depending on the number of nominees received and geographic representation, FWN will limit 40% of Awardees from the United States, 20% from the Philippines, and 40% from other countries. These percentages are based on the Filipina Women's Network membership reach currently.

Score the nominee’s response to each of the six criteria up to 15 points to total of 90 points. The remaining 10 points are bonus points you may use for outstanding credits. See interview questions below.
