This application is for a part-time seasonal postition as a sales assoicaite with the boutique at Hamilton Place Mall and Charlotte Grace Events. We are looking to build a team that is energetic, has a joyful personality, is a team player, enjoys meeting new people and loves all things fashion.
Who we are looking for:
We are currently hiring energetic and reliable employees to work the Spring season as a sales assocaite at the boutique in Hamilton Place Mall and at private, market & festival events.
Trial Season
Your first season is considered a "trial season". If team management feels that you have been successfully met the qualifications of what we are looking for in a Charlotte Grace team member and fits in with our team and mission we will invite you to stay on permanantly part-time. This means that we invite you to continue to be a part of the Charlotte Grace team and assist us with events throughout the year and our sesaonal mall hours.
Hourly Pay
The hourly pay is based on the applicants experience in retail sales. Base pay will begin at $12.50 with the chance of a raise after the trial period season.
Mall Seasonal Schedule
Mall Spring Season runs Mid-March to Mid-June
Fall/Holiday Season runs Mid-October- End of the year
