LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand that volunteering with the Skoolie Foundation may involve physical activity, interaction with thepublic, operating around equipment, and potentially high-stress environments. I acknowledge that I amvoluntarily participating and assume all risks associated with my involvement, known and unknown.I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and hold harmless SkoolieFoundation, its officers, employees, board members, partners, sponsors, and fellow volunteers from any and allclaims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liability arising from or related to any injury, illness, loss, ordamage that may result from my volunteer activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTI agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive information I may encounter while volunteering,including but not limited to: names, personal stories, addresses, mental or physical health status, and anyidentifying information of clients or partners.
