The Laundry Inventory List is a crucial requirement from our end.

To ensure the safe handling and tracking of your items, we provide an inventory list confirmation as part of our service. By ticking the box below, you are indicating that you waive the inventory confirmation process for your order. or indicate all items as required. Please note that:

• Waiving the inventory list means we will proceed with your items without a verified item list.

• Claims for missing items may not be verifiable without an initial inventory confirmation.

🛵 DELIVERY DATE NOTICE:

Take note that delivery date is subject to changes due to multiple uncontrollable factors such as traffic, weather and operations conditions. You'll be notified ahead of time by our team should there be changes.

Deluxe and Express 2Go Services are considered priority services. For Standard 2Go Pickup and Delivery, chosen delivery date should be scheduled 24hrs after the actual pickup date. Schedules set for the delivery date is not guaranteed to be within 5hrs from ETD of after 24hrs as there would be sudden changes due to diffent unforseened and unexpected factors affecting our service.

Our delivery time is only available from 8:00AM - 7:00PM. For special requests for delivery beyond 7:00PM, additional night differential fees apply for Php50 only. To request, please indicate in the Pickup/Delivery Instructions or you may call directly us at +639564677836 and look for Ate Weng.
