In-Year Advert Placements

Thank you for your interest in advertising in the Bishop's Waltham & Upham Parish News.

We produce 10 issues per year (one per month with combined issues for August/September and December/January).  Copies are made available in church, the local Co-Op, Post Office and Spar newsagent and posted directly through subscribers' letterboxes, with a monthly distribution of 1080 copies.  Each issue is A4 and in full colour throughout.  Adverts can be placed in colour or in black and white.

REGULAR ADVERTS

Our advertising year runs from the February issue through to the December/January issue of the following year. 

Ads must be received before the 10th of the month in order to be guaranteed placement in the next issue.

Our Ad Design Service is available on any size ad for the prices shown in the grid below.  When we design an ad for you, you will be supplied with the finished file as a JPG which you can use in other publications as you wish.

Advertising Prices are shown below for a full year (10 issues).  You can place an ad at any time during the year for the remainder of that year - prices are adjusted accordingly.

For example, ads placed in July would pay for the 4 remaining issues of that year (August/September, October, November, December/January), i.e. 4/10 of the prices shown (e.g. £308 for a 6 block colour ad).

ONE-OFF ADVERTS

We offer an opportunity within the body of the magazine to place a one-off ad (once per year).  This is open to local businesses/organisations to submit an advertorial of up to half a page for a fee of £40.

This can include some wording, some images, your logo and contact details, and can be used to promote a special offer, event or particular service.

It's not possible to specify a word limit as this depends on what images and larger text is used in the advertorial but you can see some examples by clicking the images below.

We can design this for you, or you can submit your own ad using the form below. When we design an ad for you, you will be supplied with the finished file as a JPG which you can use in other publications as you wish.
