About Stepping Stones Nature Initiative: Stepping Stones is a nature-based therapy program in Israel, with teens ages 16-19 participating from countries such as America, Canada, Israel, and England, aiming to create transformative journeys that foster growth, resilience, and community.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Fundraiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising $100,000 annually through a combination of major and mid-level donor solicitation, organizing parlor meetings, running a peer-to-peer crowdfunding campaign, and writing donor proposals. This role is crucial for expanding our impact and ensuring the sustainability of our programs. We are looking for a idealist with great people skills and a passion to make a difference. We are also looking for someone who has access to an existing network or community of potential donors.
