All sponsors and vendors are to treat all show attendees and staff with respect and agree to follow the rules and regulations of Northwest Ohio Showdown! *

Vendors will have time on Friday April 10th 2026 to set up and drop off trailers if need be!

Show starts Saturday April 11th at 8am

Tear down starts at 10pm Saturday night! Or between 10am and 3pm on Sunday!

All sponsor payments are required to be submitted upon completion of the sponsor form we have limited sponsor and vendor spots available!
