The Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) invites Corporation Test Coordinators or School Test Coordinators and Early Care and Education Program Administrators to submit this form on behalf of their school or program to formally opt-in to administer Indiana Student Performance Readiness and Observation of Understanding Too (ISPROUT) to all children ages birth through two. Contact IDOE’s Office of Kindergarten Readiness with questions.
