✔ I confirm that my dog has not been ill with any contagious disease or condition within the past (30) thirty days. ✔ My dog has received all necessary vaccinations including kennel cough at least 10 days prior to their stay. ✔ My dog will socialise with other dogs AND I accept the associated risks involved with that. NB: If your dog arrives and is not social or has behavior issues, that endanger the safety of staff and other dogs in our care- you will be contacted to remove your dog (zero tolerance). Your dog will be removed and held in their kennel until such time you can arrange collection. ✔ If medical problems develop with my dog and I cannot be contacted, I authorise TBK to do whatever deem necessary for the safety, health and wellbeing of my dog at the owner's expense. If your dog causes harm to another dog, you are liable for the injured parties vet costs. ✔ 50% of my boarding fee is required on booking and this is non-refundable. This is due to Timewasters, reserving a place but not turning up for their stay. It is totally unacceptable and damaging to any small business. No Deposit-No Booking- Places are limited and this ensures fairness to both myself and my other clients. ✔ Sending an enquiry form from the website is just that AN ENQUIRY FORM and not a booking form. I will always confirm within 24 hours when the booking form is received to confirm. ✔ Details: Please put your name and your dogs name on the payment as there are many dogs with the same name. ✔ Daily rate for dog boarding is €28 per day including VAT with an additional fee of €10 for sleepover. An example: Your fur baby arrives at 9am, attends daycare €28, sleepover €10. Following day, if your fur baby is collected at 9am, the charge is €38 for the 24 hours. If you collect in the evening time slot, a daycare charge of €28 is charged. If your dog attends for a week stay it is €38 for 24 hours. On the final day, if you are collecting in the morning slot, there is no extra charge. If collecting in the evening slot a daycare charge of €28 is applied. Please note, we are a VAT registered, cashless business. A Reduced rate is available for a second dog from the same household (sharing a room)- proof is required. Example of this: Daycare for 2 dogs €35, sleepover €20. Home in the morning slot would be €55, evening slot incurs the daycare rate. Each additional dog is €17.50 daycare, €10 sleepover. ✔ Please bring enough food for your dogs stay. Failure to do so, will incur additional charges. ✔ **PLEASE NOTE** Our opening times Mon-Fri for check-in and check-out are 08.00-09.30 or 17.00-18.00 We ONLY accept drop-off and collections on a Saturday/Sunday between 11-12 or 17.00-18.00.
