Cancellation Policy:
48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations within 48 of appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service amount. Cancellations should be made by email to jillian@hellotohair.ca or by acessing the booking app.
If you cancel more than 2 times within a period of 2 years a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required for all future appointments scheduled.
Redo Appointment Policy:
If you ever feel like you are not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know during your appointment or within 14 days after your service has been performed. If we’re notified of your wish for an adjustment, we will consider scheduling you for an adjustment. The price of this adjustment may vary depending on our interpretation of the specific circumstances and can range from no charge to cost of product only, to full price.
Please note that this Agreement does not cover a change in the style or color from the initial request as that would be considered a whole new service in contrast to an adjustment or redo.
Saved Payment Method:
All guests' payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using my POS system. My POS system uses Square, a safe and secure POS brand. It keep user information encrypted.
Contact Consent:
The Undersigned hereby grants Jillian Petersen the irrevocable right and permission to contact them through various communication channels including, but not limited to, electronic mail (email), text messages, direct mail, and telephone calls for matters related to the services and agreements herein. This consent covers all forms of contact, both currently known and developed hereafter, ensuring continuous communication capability as technology evolves.
Salon Etiquette:
Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.
