Volunteer Application – HyperFest Off-Road Experience 2025

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the HyperFest Off-Road Experience at Virginia International Raceway (VIR) in Alton, VA.

Event Dates:

Set-Up: Thursday, May 15, 2025
Event Days: Friday–Sunday, May 16–18, 2025
Travel Day: Wednesday, May 14
Takedown: Sunday, May 18 (after 10:00 AM, typically concluding by 3:00 PM)

Volunteering comes with a ton of exciting perks! While we can't guarantee the exact package, past volunteers have received things like: Helicopter rides, drift, street, and adrenaline ride-along, complimentary meals, free general admission and camping passes, exclusive swag, and more!

Important Note:
For 2025, HyperFest staff will be taking on more off-road responsibilities, so we're building a smaller, more focused volunteer team than in years past. If you're selected, your presence and participation are essential.

Volunteer Commitment:

Minimum 12 hours of service
Shifts may be broken into 4–6-hour blocks
We’ll release a shift schedule after collecting availability from the team
If you’re applying to volunteer, please only do so if you’re committed to attending—we're counting on you!

Wherever neededObstacle Ride-Alongs - As an event driver, I acknowledge that I will use my personal vehicle at my own risk to provide rides to customers. These rides will involve dirt, rocks, various obstacles, and turns, occurring on various trails, courses, and obstacles across VIR's expansive 1300-acre facility.Adrenaline Ride-Alongs - As a driver for this event, I acknowledge that I will use my personal vehicle at my own risk to provide rides to customers. We will make sure you get all the correct access passes. This is for, Ride Along and Shuttle Drivers.
