Car Truck Registration Form

Arrival & Setup Details:
- All vendors can arrive and set up between 5:00pm-6:00pm
- Please be ready no later than 6:30pm
- Trunk or Treat will begin @ 6:45pm
- Vendors will not be permitted to leave until the conclusion of the event at 9:00pm
Please sign below that you adhere to the following policies and the Ocoee Parks & Leisure waiver:
- Only pre-packed candy will be allowed
- All car trunks must be registered with Parks & Leisure Services.
- All approved participants will receive confirmation with instructions prior to event.
- No electricity will be provided
- An adult must be present at your vehicle at all times for the duration of the event for safety reasons
- No political, religious or personal advertising on candy wrappers or vehicles
