Car Truck Registration Form

Arrival & Setup Details:

All vendors can arrive and set up between 5:00pm-6:00pm
Please be ready no later than 6:30pm
Trunk or Treat will begin @ 6:45pm
Vendors will not be permitted to leave until the conclusion of the event at 9:00pm

Only pre-packed candy will be allowed
All car trunks must be registered with the P & R department. All approved participants will receive confirmation with instructions prior to event.
No electricity will be provided
An adult must be present at your vehicle at all times for the duration of the event for safety
No political, religious or personal advertising on candy wrappers or vehicles
