Christmas Ornament Order Form

Please fill out the order form, select your ornament(s) & quantities of each, & choose whether you want to pick up locally (at The Bead Hive in Downtown Thibodaux) or if you'd like them shipped. Ornaments are $15.00 each.

If choosing to pick up locally at The Bead Hive, we'll email you when your order is ready. You may pay with cash, a check made payable to Thibodaux Main Street, or we can email you a PayPal invoice ahead of time.

If choosing "I'd like my order shipped", you'll be prompted to enter the recipient's name & address, as well as an email where your PayPal invoice should be sent for payment. Once we receive payment, we'll ship your order via USPS & will email you your tracking number & estimated delivery date.
