REGISTRATION

A DEPOSIT of 10% of Tuition for ALL BUNDLES are due upon registration and Balance on 1st day of class. Once you submit this PRE-REGISTRATION FORM, our DIRECTOR WILL CONTACT YOU TO TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT.
PACKAGE CLASS DISCONTINUING LESSONS & REFUND POLICY

I understand that a class space is reserved for each student. If I discontinue there will be a CHARGE for classes ATTENDED or UNATTENDED up to 14 days AFTER a withdrawal letter via email is given to AAS indicating date of notice and the last date my attendance at AAS. The remainder of unattended classes will be pro-rated and that amount will be refunded and credited to me in the same form that was paid.

****Please note that “14-days” represents 2 weeks tuition**
CLASSROOM REQUIREMENTS

Students should join their class at least 5-15 minutes early to set them up with their teacher or get any free anemities ready before class starts.
RESCHEDULING CLASSES

Classes can be rescheduled with a 24 hour notification by calling (877) 396-0456. Failure to contact the office with a 24 notification, the schedule class will be counted and teacher will be paid for those hours.
