  • Please Note:

    • Submitting a booking inquiry request does not guarantee availablility. 
    • Rental requests need to be submitted at least 7-10 business days prior to the intended rental date.
    • Once availability has been confirmed by BBR, an invoice will be returned via email.
    • Once a 50% deposit is received the reservation will be confirmed and added to the BBR calendar.
    • Rentals are only considered confirmed once an invoice has been sent and the deposit received.
