    Across our programs and services, Leadership Montgomery reserves a number of participant seats for historically marginalized and underrepresented leaders, regardless of job title, to participate at a reduced sliding scale rate or at no cost. To determine if we are able to accommodate your request, please answer the following questions. Reserved seats will be offered to qualified requestors in the order of requests received. Additional seats may be made available one week prior to the event.

    Leadership Montgomery is committed to fostering inclusive leadership by ensuring that historically marginalized and underrepresented leaders have equitable access to our programs and services. As part of our efforts to track progress and improve accessibility, we collect demographic information to help us understand who is applying for and receiving support through the Inclusive Leadership Pass. Demographic information is one factor in our selection process but is not the sole determining factor for approval. It helps us ensure that we are meeting our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), but applicants are also evaluated based on their leadership goals, the relevance of the training to their role, their potential impact on their organization or community, and financial need. All demographic data will remain confidential and will only be used internally to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of our programs. Providing this information is optional, and applicants will not be disqualified for choosing not to disclose specific details.
