Session 2:
- May 20 to July 24
- 10 weeks of 2 trainings per week
- Every Tuesday & Thursday
- From 6pm - 7pm
These training sessions will be 60 minutes that will be dedicated to increasing player speed, agility, strength, and quickness. To help improve athleticism for your athete on the court. Exercises will range from improving jumping ability, lateral quickness, positional strength and overall explosiveness.
