PLEASE NOTE:
eFund Hours of Operation (Monday/Friday 8am- 4pm Pacific Time)
This is a Multistep process and the turnaround time is NOT immediate.
STEP ONE: By clicking the submit button, at the bottom of this page, you will have completed step one of the application process. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
STEP TWO: Completed Initial Intake form will be sent to the eFund team, who will review your answers.
- Those within the scope and intent of the program will receive the opportunity to complete an application for a grant, requesting further information and supporting documentation.
- If your request is outside the scope of the Emergency Fund Program, you will receive an email from the eFund team informing you.
STEP THREE: (For clients who have completed ALL application answers and documentation)
Follow-up questions: Observe the email you provided frequently. You may be required to submit further information or documentation relevant to your application.
-The eFund team will process your application and then submit it to the eFund Committee for review.
-When the committee has made their decision, the eFund team will send an email to inform you of HOWA’s decision of Approval or Denial.
The application process can take some time depending on the volume of submissions and the timely submission of information from applicants. The turnaround time is not immediate. Applications are processed in the order they are received.
IMPORTANT: You cannot authorize the repair you are requesting help for until you hear an approval from the eFund team. If you authorize that specific repair before approval is given, HOWA will decline to assist financially.
