Many families are still discovering their “forever dance home,” and we love showing the joy, energy, and community that make Encore Studios so special. While we do our best to share what we offer, sometimes a photo or video says it best.

To keep our dancers safe, we follow strict guidelines — including never identifying students under the age of 18. We also go a step further: families can choose to opt out of having their child appear in any photos or videos shared on our Facebook or Instagram platforms.

We hope you’ll feel comfortable allowing us to showcase the fun and excitement your dancer experiences, knowing their identity will always be protected. Either way, we ask that you complete the next section so we can honor your preferences while your child shines at our Open House!

You agree that any picture/video of me/my child may be used for promotional purposes for Encore Studios. Encore Studios will not identify the student in any way, except by first name ONLY. The picture/video may be used in, but not limited to, print, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, on Encore Studios website, etc.

If you wish to withdraw permission for Encore Studios to use your child’s picture/video for promotional purposes, there is an option to do so. Please fill out the section below.

One last step — our insurance provider requires all participants to complete a Release of Liability form. This is simply a precaution and doesn’t reflect a lack of safety measures. In fact, Encore Studios is fully equipped with procedures and equipment designed to keep you and your dancer safe.

While we do everything we can to create a secure and supportive environment, we recognize that unexpected situations can occur. We also ask that dancers arrive in good health to ensure their safety and the well-being of others.

Release of Liability 

I hereby release Encore Studios, its director, instructors, employees, and volunteers, jointly and severally, of and from any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatsoever kind and nature arising from any by reason of any loss thereto, any death, sickness, loss of damage to property including loss or theft of personal property incurred by me and/or the above-mentioned participants any time during participation in any activity connected with Encore Studios, whether such claims or liability arises from the conduct of any of the said persons organizing, supervising, or conducting the activities of Encore Studios, or any negligence or other cause of action whatsoever which may now exist or come into existence at any time in the future.

I further represent and warrant that the above mentioned participant will not participate in any activity of Encore Studios unless in good health and have no physical condition that would prevent the participant from participating in those activities. I choose to participate, or have my child participate, at my/their own risk in any activity of Encore Studios.

I hereby agree that this Waiver shall be binding upon my/my child as a participant in a Free Trial Class of Encore Studios.
