SARAH LILLY MEDIA CLIENT AGREEMENT
This agreement is made between you (the client) and Sarah Lilly Media. Sarah Lilly Media will provide you with a 60 minute 1:1 strategy session. The purpose of this relationship is to cover 1-2 topics in the area of branding and social media that you are currently struggling with.
Please contact Sarah Lilly Media if you need to reschedule your session. 24 hours notice is preferred. If at any stage Sarah Lilly Media need to reschedule a session this will be communicated well in advance.
One week of WhatsApp direct messaging support will start after the session begins and is to be used to discussion and support around the topics we cover in the call and the implementation of suggested strategies. Sarah Lilly Media will endeavour to reply to all messages as soon as possible. Messaging times are 10am - 2pm, Monday - Thursday.
Due to the nature of the service, there are no refunds given.
