Client Agreement: Payment – Payment must be received before delivery/setup unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payments include cash (no tax) or Venmo: @Tatum-Noles. Bookings are not confirmed until payment or deposit is received. Cancellation – Events must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued once balloons have been delivered or installed. Installation – Balloons are typically tied to existing structures. If that is not possible, adhesive wall hooks may be used. Vendor is not responsible for damage to walls, paint, or property caused by installation materials including adhesive hooks or tape. Balloon Care – Once balloons are delivered or installed, Vendor is not responsible for balloons popping, moving, falling, or deflating due to wind, weather, heat, handling, or sharp surfaces. Outdoor Setups – Balloons perform best indoors or in shaded areas. Sun exposure may cause balloons to oxidize (become cloudy). Balloon shine spray may be used but can leave a slippery residue. Grass Setups – Balloons placed on grass must have a barrier underneath (mat, board, flooring). Grass and sharp surfaces can easily pop balloons. Safety – Vendor is not responsible for injuries, choking hazards, or accidents involving balloons including those involving children or pets. Photos – Vendor may photograph installations for marketing and social media. Clients are encouraged to share and tag the business after the event. If you agree to these terms, please sign below.
