By signing this form, I (We) authorize Nico Brown Productions to use or publish any photographs taken showing my participation or my child/children's to promote workshops, networking events, and vendor fairs on the Nico Brown Productions website, social networking sites, and/or promotional flyers.*

I (We) HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Nico Brown Productions (hereinafter referred to as "ORGANIZATION") and its teachers, agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors, members, trustees, alumni, and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I or CHILD ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to PERSON'S participation in any of the functions or activities conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of, ORGANIZATION provided that this waiver of liability does not apply to any acts of gross negligence, or intentional, willful or wanton misconduct.

I understand that the activities that said PERSON will participate in are inherently dangerous and may cause serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and/or death. On behalf of myself, CHILD, my heirs, assigns and next of kin, I and said PERSON waive ALL claims and damages, injuries, and death sustained to me or my property, that I or said PERSON may have against the aforementioned released party to such activity.

I hereby agree to indemnify ORGANIZATION against any and ALL claims, causes of action, lawsuits, or damages arising from or in any way related to PERSON'S acts of gross negligence, or intentional, willful, or misconduct.

REFUND DETAILS:

All sales are final for Nico Brown Productions, KRATE at The Grove Community Market Sponsorship Fee.

Sponsorship fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.

In case the event must be canceled for reasons out of the organizer's control (i.e. inclement weather such as tornadoes and hurricanes, the government imposed regulations, Act of God, venue-related issues, etc.), the event will be rescheduled and the new date will be announced to all registered Sponsors of the event. Refunds will not be accepted due to already inquired expenses on the organizer's behalf as advertising and promotion, permits and licenses, venue rental fees, etc. In case the organizer must cancel the event with no rescheduled date set, sponsorship fees will be refunded.
