We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. Canceling and rescheduling appointments are allowed unless within 24 hours of your appointment start time. Cancelling or rescheduling the appointment within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $30 late cancellation fee.
If its time to start the appointment and we cannot begin due to the client being unresponsive (not answering the door or phone) there will be a 15 minute grace period. If it has been longer than 15 minutes and the grace period is exhausted, the session will be terminated, resulting in a $30 late cancellation fee.
If the appointment proceeds anyway after a late arrival, the appointment end time and the price will remain unchanged.
