📋 Responsibilities

Ensure Client Success and Satisfaction
- Hold clients accountable in the coaching program, ensure they show up to the group and 1:1 calls on a weekly basis.
- Work out the monthly strategy with each client for for achieving their revenue and business goals, and provide tailored steps, actions and program materials to help them succeed.
- Check in with clients regularly (weekly, if necessary daily) , holding them accountable to stick to the strategy, providing encouragement, agency knowledge, tips and feedback.
- Stay in communication with our clients, answering questions and creating a great vibe in our Client Community (Slack).
- Review, correct and give feedback on all modules and worksheets completed by clients.
- Track the entire Client Journey from Onboarding to Graduation of each client in our Centralized Client Success Tracker to make sure highest client satisfaction, support and results are guaranteed.
- Do Weekly 1:1 Support Calls with each client, and participate the group calls to be updated on the client's next steps based on feedback given on the group call.
- Own the call schedule of the clients. Be responsible that their weekly 1:1's and monthly Milestone Calls are booked.
- Do Monthly 1:1 Calls with each client, reviewing their overall progress and goals and set the new strategy for the next month.
- Ensure you are also revisiting the modules and their updates. This will serve you well as you assign them particular modules, provide feedback, answer questions and provide them with additional related resources.
Improve Program and Client Documentation
- Support the Headcoach with administrative tasks to ensure the client journey and program materials are well documented and clients get a premium experience.
- Consistently research and learn new agency topics to stay on top of the game and be able to support clients long-term.
Consistently Improve as Client Success Coach
- Continuously learn and master our regularly updated program materials to effectively teach clients
- Consistent Improvement is a company value, make sure you keep up the drive to consistently develop yourself in the role with the support of your Head Coach.
- Attend Team Calls and be a proactive part of the Client Success Department.
