    Thank you for your interest in Windsor School. Windsor School now uses Veracross as our official Student Information System.

    All prospective families should submit inquiries and applications through the Windsor School Veracross Admissions Portal. Please follow the steps below to begin the updated process.

  • Windsor School admits students throughout the academic year subject to availability. Students wishing to attend Windsor must supply the following documentation:


    Initial Inquiry:
    • Completed Application Form
    • Complete Academic Records - previous 2 years minimum - for grade 1/year 2+ applicants
    • Complete High School Transcript - for grade 10+ applicants
    • Contact for Two Teacher Recommenders - for grade 1/year 2+ applicants
    • Birth Certificate or Valid Passport - color copy

     

    Upon Enrollment:
    • Medical and Release Forms
    • Insurance Form
    • Likeness Waiver/Media Release
    • Personal Care Form
    • Two Passport Style Photos
    • Behavioral Health Profile

    Lodgers will also need to complete Lodging and/or Student Visa Forms.  Not all forms are required for all grades.

  • Teacher/Personal Recommendations

    Candidates for Years 2+ MUST supply the contact information for TWO individuals who have taught the candidate. Personal recommendations are ONLY accepted for children applying for Little Windsor and Pre-Reception through Year 1. Any candidate who does not have recommendations from TWO teachers will not receive a decision until both recommendations are received.

  • PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

    •I/We will inform the School about any serious medical condition or disability of the student, either existing or arising.


    •I/We will inform the School immediately of changes of address or telephone number of parents/guardians.


    •I/We agree to settle all financial obligations as they come due. I/We understand that late payment of fees may affect enrollment for subsequent terms.


    •I/We agree to give the school a minimum of one term’s notice of withdrawal or one term’s fee in lieu of notice.

    •I/We agree that we and our child/children will follow all school policies/regulations. We understand that violation of school policies or regulations will result in the application of school sanctions, ranging from reprimand to permanent suspension as set forth in the Student Handbook.
