Service Agreement
I Agree That space is leased for storage of the above boat with no right to sublease without written permission of South Bay Boat and Tackle LLC

To remove all electronics and equipment from the boat

The term of this lease is from 9/5/2024 until 5/1/2025

To carry my own insurance for fire, theft, storms and vandalism, also to hold South Bay Boat and Tackle LLC free from all claims as a result of the same

That South Bay Boat and Tackle LLC is not responsible for any customers items (i.e. canvas, batteries, etc not picked up after 7 days

That customer is responsible for spring cleaning or to take advantage of the detail services offered by South Bay Boat and Tackle LLC

That boats not picked up by 5/1/2025 are subject to a $50 a day Storage fee
