Thank you for your interest in hosting a summer camp at the Blue Ash Recreation Center! In order to provide the best service possible to our patrons, we require all summer camps to fill out an application. This form is for informational purposes only and does not imply a contract with the City of Blue Ash. Summer camp applications must be received by January 16, 2026, to be considered for summer of 2026. The facility usage cost will be 20% of your gross participant registration fees.
