FOOD/BEVERAGE VENDOR NOTICE (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING):

Unfortunately, we cannot accept food, beverage, cigars, or CBD vendors to sell or sample products. KRATE comprises of 30 small business restaurant tenants on site, as well as a cigar lounge, smoke shop, & edible CBD store. 

ALL VENDORS MUST BE APPROVED TO SET UP AT KRATE AT THE GROVE TO NOT CONFLICT WITH EXISTING TENANTS AND WHAT THEY OFFER. 

If you submit your application and DO NOT hear back from us, your application has been accepted.

There are NO REFUNDS unless your application has been rejected by Nico Brown Productions. 

If your application is rejected, you will be refunded immediately. 

If you are a Food, Beverage, Cigar, or CBD Vendor and sign up anyway, there will be a $10 processing fee when your refund is issued.

If inclement weather occurs, your payment will automatically roll over to next month's event (same monthly event). If next month's event does not work with your schedule, please contact Nico Brown Productions directly to choose a different event.

Vendors are REQUIRED to provide their own tent, table, and chairs for this event. KRATE at The Grove and Nico Brown Productions does not provide these items. 

Electricity is provided, but it is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Set Up is 2 hrs before the beginning of the event in the parking lot in front of the stage (other events may vary). A staff member will be on-site to direct you on where to set up. 

After you set up, please park your vehicle in the designated areas.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

I (We) HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Nico Brown Productions (hereinafter referred to as "ORGANIZATION") and its teachers, agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors, members, trustees, alumni, and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I or CHILD ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to PERSON'S participation in any of the functions or activities conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of, ORGANIZATION provided that this waiver of liability does not apply to any acts of gross negligence, or intentional, willful or wanton misconduct. 

I understand that the activities that said PERSON will participate in are inherently dangerous and may cause serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and/or death. On behalf of myself, CHILD, my heirs, assigns and next of kin, I and said PERSON waive ALL claims and damages, injuries, and death sustained to me or my property, that I or said PERSON may have against the aforementioned released party to such activity.

I hereby agree to indemnify ORGANIZATION against any and ALL claims, causes of action, lawsuits, or damages arising from or in any way related to PERSON'S acts of gross negligence, or intentional, willful, or misconduct.

REFUND DETAILS:

All sales are final for Nico Brown Productions. KRATE at The Grove Community Market Vendor Fee.

Vendor fee is Non-Refundable but is Transferable. 

In case the event must be canceled for reasons out of the organizer's control (i.e. inclement weather such as tornadoes and hurricanes, government-imposed regulations, Act of God, venue-related issues, etc.), your fee will automatically be applied to next month's date. Refunds will not be accepted due to already inquired expenses on the organizer's behalf as advertising and promotion, permits and licenses, venue rental fees, etc. In case the organizer must cancel the event with no rescheduled date set, vendor fees will be refunded.
