Would you like to be sent flyers for seasonal signs (booing, egging, and elfing/grinch)? They flyer will be sent through our original communication.
For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard sign display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard sign display. Please be respectful of our property. Please do not damage, destroy, or vandalize our signs. If part of the display is broken you will be responsible for replacement. The current replacement cost is $15 for letters/signs under 20", & $25 for letters/signs over 20", Flash sets are $300.
Please do not attach balloons or anything else to any part of the display. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we arrive. Please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground. WE WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50 IF SIGNS ARE MOVED. We reserve the right to photograph your yard card and use it for marketing or any other purposes. (We will not show your address). *
REFUNDS 1. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for future booking date, based on our availability. 2. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms,hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds (more than 35MPH), winter weather and any other Act of God that would put US or our lawn display in harm's way. If this is the case you will be given a full refund. 3. No refunds will be given due to the client giving the wrong address. 4. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
