Revelations 2024-2025 Season Policies

Schooltime Performances will take place in differing venues, which may limit the availability of tickets. Please be sure to read the following policy carefully. By submitting your request form, you agree to adhere to all KCA Schooltime Performance policies outlined below. NOTE: As of 12/17/2024, ALL TITLE 1 Tickets have been BOOKED for the entire season!
- All Schooltime Performances will be reserved on a First-Paid, First-Served basis. Request forms will be accepted, but tickets will not be confirmed until payment is made in full.
- Requests must be made per class for our smaller venues. Most of our schooltime performances are held in Colden Auditorium, but for those held in LeFrak or Goldstein you must complete a request form per teacher/class as limited tickets are available.
- Methods of Payment: Visa, MasterCard & Discover are accepted. Purchase Orders & School Checks (No personal checks) will be accepted as payment only when an image of the document is sent to our box office as proof.
- KCA is happy to continue our longstanding program of free tickets for TITLE 1 schools. As of 12/17/2024, ALL TITLE 1 Tickets have been booked for the entire season! Any Additional T1 requests will not be filled. These free tickets will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited. We can only offer the Title 1 tickets to the first requestors who provide eligibility paperwork: A signed letter from the principal on school letterhead confirming the school's Title 1 status for the current scholastic year. Each eligible teacher will only be able to reserve one Title 1 trip for their class (up to 35 students max) for the 2024-25 school year.
- No Refunds will be offered except in the rare occurance that the performance is cancelled. Groups that have no-show buses or buses that break down may contact the box office to approve a transfer of their confirmed reservation to another in-season performance pending availability.
- Late/early arriving guests may not transfer their reservations to any other performance time of the day. Guests will line up for access into the corresponding building and will be subject to weather conditions. Groups that wish to be seated together must enter together. Plan to arrive ON TIME!
