MACPANAMA2024 Conference Registration

The 2024 MAC Conference will take place in Panama City, Panama from Tuesday, November 12 to Saturday, November 16, 2024.

The conference will feature the following:

November 12: Opening reception and keynote address at the Biomuseo by Ana Elizabeth González, Museo del Canal Executive Director
November 13: Concurrent Conference Sessions at Marriot Hotel
November 14: Speed Networking, Concurrent Conference Sessions and the Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Marriot Hotel; closing ceremony at the Museo del Canal
November 15-16: Pacific Coast Tours and Caribbean Coast Tours

Our conference hosts are the Society of Friends of the West Indian Museum of Panama and the Museo del Canal Interoceánico de Panama.

A $50 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. All cancellation and transfer requests must be made in writing via e-mail to secretariat@caribbeanmuseums. com by published cancellation dates.
2. Cancellation requests received before September 30, 2024 will receive a
  50% refund on registration and event fees, minus the processing fee. No
  refunds of conference registration or event fees will be granted after
  September 30, 2024.
3. Registrants who can no longer attend the meeting may request to transfer their conference ticket to another party by emailing secretariat@caribbeanmuseums.com. Transfer requests will be accepted up to October 20, 2024.

2024 MAC Conference Presenter Terms and Conditions:
