The Preventive Measures Foundation is excited to announce our upcoming community health fair at Northampton Community College on Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024. we will have up to 25 vendors providing valuable information and resources to enhance the health of our community members. In addition to the vendor booths, we will host up to six workshops that offer detailed insights into specific health issues. Participating vendors and presenters will be promoted on our website and social media platforms. We look forward to your participation in making this event a success and continuing our mission to foster a healthier community.

Payment Information: $150 per table (You will be redirected to a payment portal upon submission of this form. Sponsorship opportunities also available and include a vendor table/chairs.)
