CONDITIONS OF SALE

NOMINATION FEE: $660.00 PER HORSE inc GST
- All horses MUST BE RIDDEN.
- All horses MUST BE REGISTERED PRIOR to nominating. NO PENDING REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Registration Certificates MUST BE ATTACHED to this nomination form.
- Nominations WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED until valid ABN & GST status or Hobby Declaration is provided.
- Nomination fee will be refunded for horses withdrawn from the sale due to injury after printing of the catalogue PROVIDED A VET CERTIFICATE IS SUPPLIED.
Commission of 8.8% (including GST) will apply on sale price in respect to sold lots; from day of sale to 14 days after the advised sale date.

Any lots sold privately will not be eligible to compete in future years Incentive Drafts.
