Please complete this order form for individual players enrolled in the Sturt Academy.

Refer to the size chart below for guidance on uniform sizing. Additionally, there is a select range of sizes in the Sturt office to try on (2XS-4XL).

PLEASE NOTE: Uniforms can take over 8 weeks to arrive, depending on date of order.

Uniforms will be delivered to the Sturt Sabres Office, 267 Daws Road Pasadena.

You will be notified by email when your uniform is available for pick up from the Sturt Office.
