Our assumptions
1. The total amount of tips due to Stinters is distributed amongst them according to how many hours they completed in the given time period only

2. All tips allocated to Stinters are managed by an independent Troncmaster on behalf of our Partners, and are therefore not subject to National Insurance Contributions

3. For Partners who have multiple roles at each site, the allocation weighting is equal between the roles

4. For Partners who have multiple sites using Stint, we will collect tip amounts and issue the corresponding invoice to each site individually
