All orders >5 bags (50kg) are automatically 2nd Day Service.

We reserve the right to refuse or charge an additional fee for laundry that contains excessive amounts of fluids.

Same Day Service Requests must have AM PICKUP TIMES for 8pm Delivery and cannot exceed 2 bags (20kg).

Evening pickups will be available two days later (e.g. a pickup at 6-8pm on Monday will be returned by Wednesday).

Pickup is FREE within 2km. There is a $12 flat fee for distances over 2km and not exceeding 15km.
