The standard Party Package is priced at £200 (for up to 10 children). Additional guests can be added on at £12.50 per head up to a maximum of 20 children on the day.

A party with 16 children would cost approx. £275

Any parties over 16 participants will be subject to an extra coaching charge of £25 and an additional food charge of £20.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child and their guests participation in any and all activities prepared by FIVES Soccer Centres during the selected party slot. In exchange for the acceptance of said child and guests candidacy by FIVES Soccer Centres., I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless FIVES Soccer Centres. and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected party sessions.

In case of injury to any child during the party, I hereby waive all claims against FIVES Soccer Centres . including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including Football. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.

Pictures and/or videos may be taken during the course of the camp activities for media and marketing reasons. If you do not consent to your child being photographed or filmed during the kids party activities you must infrom us in writing prior to the start of the camp.
