INSTRUCTIONS: Please use your school improvement plan as a reference point for your partnership game planning.
Planning Structure Form:
This document will be used to create a list of activities and events that your school and partner(s) would like to complete for the school year. One of the sheets is specific to the School while the other sheet is specific to the Business Partner. The school should list parts of the activity/event that they will be responsible for on their sheet and the business partner should list parts of that same activity/event that they will be responsible for on their sheet. Treat the layout of this document as a time lined list of activities and events with a definitive "Starting Point" and "Desired Outcome/Goal" for each. This will allow easier tracking of planned activities for the school year.

In this section provide a brief summary of how your partnership activities this year will align with your school improvement plan or at least one of the four program Success Factors: 1 Improving Academic Performance, 2 Growing Career Opportunities, 3 Enriching the Life Experience of Students, and 4 Developing and Enriching the Faculty Experience.
