To secure your spot and move forward in the process, a one-time Activation Fee + Annual Enrollment Fee must be submitted at the end of this form.

About the Role:

As a Travel Recruiter, you will represent and help grow our online agency by:
• Assisting with hiring and onboarding new team members
• Helping people find travel or remote work opportunities
• Representing our brand with integrity and care
• Learning skills that support long-term business growth and sales

We are expanding across the U.S., Caribbean, and other regions — and we’re looking for motivated people ready to build with us.

Sponsorship Program

Select candidates may be considered for a 3–5 year Sponsorship Track based on loyalty, leadership, performance, and accountability. To be eligible, you must consistently show:
• Professionalism
• Team support
• Sales or recruitment contributions
• Clean and submitted background checks

Details: Our Sponsorship Program is an internal opportunity offered to high-performing, reliable, and trustworthy team members. After 3–5 years of consistent performance, you may be eligible for support such as legal sponsorship, brand development, or professional advancement. A valid police record is required within the first 3 months.

A valid police record or background check will be required if you wish to be considered for the Sponsorship Program. You will have up to 3 months from your start date to submit this document.
